Who Runs the Website

Water Heater Water Damage Team markets water heater leak water damage cleanup across the United States and refers callers to independent local restoration companies. A call to (888) 532-8921 reaches a restoration company in the caller's area.

Water Heater Water Damage Team is a marketing business and not a contractor. It does no extraction, drying, plumbing, water heater repair or replacement, electrical work or any other work on a property, and a restoration company may pay it for callers it refers.

Companies Run Their Own Businesses

Each restoration company operates on its own, with its own prices, methods, hours and terms. None is employed, directed or supervised by Water Heater Water Damage Team, and any agreement for work is between the property owner and that company.

Contractor rules differ from state to state. A property owner should ask a company for its license details, proof of coverage and written terms before work begins.

General Information and No Warranty

Content on the website explains water heater leaks and water damage restoration in general terms. It comes without warranty of any kind, and Water Heater Water Damage Team makes no statement about any company's availability, arrival time, price or quality of work.

Nothing on the website is legal, insurance, structural, electrical, gas or plumbing advice. A qualified professional should advise on a specific property.

Coverage Belongs to the Insurer

Only an insurance company decides whether a policy covers a loss. Nothing on the website promises that a claim will be covered, paid or approved, so each reader should confirm the terms with the insurer that wrote the policy.
